The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and discloses concrete containing a hyperbranched water reducing agent and a preparation method of the concrete, medium sand and pebbles are added into a stirrer for stirring, cement, fly ash, the hyperbranched water reducing agent, an auxiliary agent and water are continuously added into the stirrer for stirring, after stirring is finished, casting is performed to form a mold, and curing, forming and mold stripping are performed at the room temperature to obtain the concrete containing the hyperbranched water reducing agent. The concrete containing the hyperbranched water reducing agent is obtained; wherein a branched chain structure in the hyperbranched water reducing agent enables a spatial three-dimensional repulsive force to be formed among molecules, in a short time, due to the effect of the spatial repulsive force of the water reducing agent, a flocculation structure of cement paste is disintegrated continuously, water molecules wrapped in the flocculation structure are released continuously, the hydration process of cement is inhibited, the physical coagulation process of cement particles is relieved, and the water-retaining property of the cement paste is improved. The water seepage phenomenon is obvious, and the slurry loss is reduced; wherein the polyurethane can improve the toughness of the concrete, and the imidazole group can improve the anti-corrosion effect of the concrete.
