The invention discloses a cast-in-place concrete temperature regulation and control method for a raft foundation, the raft foundation is provided with a raft body, a post-cast strip structure and temperature regulation and control assemblies, the temperature regulation and control assemblies are arranged in the raft body on the two sides of the post-cast strip structure, and each temperature regulation and control assembly comprises a temperature measuring device, a water pump, an internal circulation water pipe, a water outlet pipe and a water inlet pipe; by arranging the post-cast strip supporting pipe, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe which are integrally supported, the construction space is reduced, and regulation and control are conducted in cooperation with the stress condition of the post-cast strip and the concrete temperature detection condition; due to the arrangement of the internal temperature measuring device, temperature values can be compared from multiple angles, the temperature monitoring effect of the mass concrete is guaranteed to the maximum extent, and cracks formed in the concrete by hydration heat are reduced.
