The invention relates to a recycled aggregate strengthening method based on carbonized product crystal form control and application, and belongs to the technical field of strengthening treatment of recycled concrete aggregate. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out crushing and screening pretreatment on waste concrete blocks, washing and air-drying; the recycled aggregate is put into the crystal form regulating agent to be soaked for 1-24 h; industrial tail gas containing carbon dioxide makes contact with the soaked recycled aggregate, carbonization modification is conducted, and the recycled aggregate based on carbonized product crystal form control is obtained; the crystal form regulating agent comprises a mixture of Ba (OH) 2, ZnCl2, AgNO3 and/or Mg (NO3) 2 and water. The crystal form regulating agent is added to promote the recycled aggregate to generate calcite containing magnesium, barium, iron and/or zinc in various forms in the carbonization reaction, pores and microcracks of the recycled aggregate are filled in a stacking and interweaving mode, the recycled aggregate is compact in structure, the water absorption rate and the crushing value are effectively reduced, and the recycled aggregate with higher performance is obtained.
本发明涉及一种基于碳化产物晶型控制的再生骨料强化方法及应用,属于再生混凝土骨料的强化处理技术领域。方法包括以下步骤:对废弃混凝土块进行破碎筛分预处理,洗净并风干;将再生骨料放入晶型调控剂中浸泡1~24h;将含有二氧化碳的工业尾气与浸泡后的再生骨料接触,进行碳化改性,获得基于碳化产物晶型控制的再生骨料;所述晶型调控剂包括:Ba(OH)2、ZnCl2、AgNO3和/或Mg(NO3)2与水的混合物。本发明加入晶型调控剂,促使再生骨料在碳化反应中产生多种形态的含镁、钡、铁和/或锌的方解石,通过堆积交织的方式填充再生骨料孔隙与微裂纹,使再生骨料结构密实,有效降低吸水率与压碎值,获得性能更强的再生骨料。
