This door/window is provided with: a frame (10); the door and window sash is arranged on the frame body (10) in a sliding manner through a door and window pulley; a main body rail part (15) which is partially disconnected and is arranged on a lower frame (13) forming the frame body (10), and the main body rail part (15) is configured in a manner that a door and window pulley (25) can roll; and a mounting part (16) which is provided at the disconnected part of the main body rail part (15), in which a door/window pulley (14) for supporting the door/window sash in a slidable manner or a connecting rail part (17b) for connecting the main body rail part (15) are detachably mounted on the mounting part (16) of the lower frame (13).
