The invention discloses sewage erosion resistant recycled concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 to 250 parts of cementing material, 50 to 200 parts of admixture, 0 to 10 parts of admixture, 750 to 850 parts of modified recycled coarse aggregate, 700 to 800 parts of modified recycled fine aggregate and 50 to 200 parts of water. Aiming at the characteristics of high porosity, complex strength property and the like of the recycled aggregate, a high-strength antibacterial composite nano material is utilized for optimization, different modification modes are adopted according to the difference of the porosity and strength conditions of the coarse and fine recycled aggregate, and on the premise of realizing the resource utilization of the recycled aggregate, the utilization rate of the recycled aggregate is improved. And the anti-erosion performance of the concrete can be remarkably improved, and the concrete has good mechanical properties and durability and is suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种抗污水侵蚀再生混凝土,包含以下重量份的原材料:胶凝材料200~250份,掺合料50~200份,外加剂0~10份,改性再生粗骨料750~850份,改性再生细骨料700~800份,水50~200份。本发明针对再生骨料高孔隙率、强度性质复杂等特点,利用高强度抗菌复合纳米材料进行优化,同时针对粗、细再生骨料孔隙率及强度状况的差异,分别采用不同的改性方式,在实现再生骨料资源化利用的前提下,可显著提升混凝土的抗侵蚀性能,并兼顾良好的力学性能和耐久性能,适合推广应用。
