Electronic ceramic tape casting process
The invention relates to the field of electronic ceramic materials, in particular to an electronic ceramic tape casting process which comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out primary ball milling on electronic ceramic powder by taking water as a ball milling medium, adding epoxy modified polyvinyl alcohol, a polyamine compound and a plasticizer into first slurry obtained by the primary ball milling, and then carrying out secondary ball milling to obtain second slurry; defoaming second slurry obtained by secondary ball milling, then carrying out tape casting, drying the obtained tape casting sheet to obtain a ceramic biscuit, and finally degumming and sintering the ceramic biscuit. The electronic ceramic prepared by the process disclosed by the invention has relatively good mechanical properties.
本发明涉及电子陶瓷材料领域,具体为一种电子陶瓷流延成型工艺,先以水为球磨介质,对电子陶瓷粉料进行一次球磨,向一次球磨得到的第一浆料中加入环氧改性聚乙烯醇、多元胺类化合物和增塑剂,再进行二次球磨,对二次球磨得到的第二浆料进行除泡,然后流延成型,将得到的流延片干燥,得到陶瓷素坯,最后将陶瓷素坯排胶,烧结即可,采用本发明工艺所制备的电子陶瓷具有较好的力学性能。
