The organic silicon reinforcing agent comprises a basic reinforcing component group, a hydrophobic and waterproof component group, a reinforcing component group and a solvent and dispersant group, wherein the basic reinforcing component group comprises tetraethyl orthosilicate, gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and gamma-glycidyl ether propyltrimethoxysilane; the hydrophobic and waterproof component group comprises polymethylhydrosiloxane and hydroxyl silicone oil; the enhancing component group is nanoparticles; the solvent and the dispersing agent are organic solvents. The preparation method comprises the processes of multi-step mixing, stirring and filtering. When the device is applied to reinforcing protection of the earthen ruins, the device is uniformly injected into soil through grouting equipment, additional mechanical support is provided, and the long-term stability of the reinforcing effect is ensured through regular inspection and maintenance. The problems that in the prior art, the reinforcing effect is poor, and a generated product is prone to cracking are solved, and the obvious application prospect is achieved.
