The invention relates to the technical field of millstone wall surface construction, in particular to a millstone wall surface construction technology which comprises the following steps that a1, a plurality of supporting plates are fixed to a wall surface base layer, the supporting plates are made of dissoluble materials, and filling gaps are formed between the supporting plates; a2, paving a millstone material layer in the filling gap; a3, after the millstone material layer is solidified, the supporting plate is dissolved to form a dissolution area; a4, paving a millstone material layer on the dissolving area; and a5, after the millstone material layer is cured, the wall surface is subjected to a millstone surface machining step. According to the process, a wall keel frame does not need to be repeatedly disassembled, construction is simpler, the preparation efficiency is remarkably improved, and the prepared millstone wall is of an integral structure, does not have splicing seams and is more attractive.
本发明涉及磨石墙面施工技术领域,尤其是一种磨石墙面施工工艺,包括如下步骤:a1、在墙面基层固定多个支撑板,所述支撑板为可溶解材质,使支撑板之间形成填充间隙;a2、向填充间隙摊铺磨石材料层;a3、等待磨石材料层固化后,溶解掉支撑板形成溶解区域;a4、向溶解区域摊铺磨石材料层;a5、等待磨石材料层固化后,对墙面进行磨石面加工步骤。本工艺不仅不需要反复拆卸墙面龙骨框架,施工起来更加简单,制备效率显著提高,而且制备的磨石墙面为整体式结构,不会有拼接缝,更美观。
