The invention provides a drilling and pole erecting comprehensive operation vehicle which comprises a chassis, a vehicle body platform, a pole holding device, a drilling device, a tire walking mechanism and a crawler walking mechanism, the vehicle body platform is arranged on the chassis, and the pole holding device and the drilling device are arranged on the vehicle body platform. The drilling device is used for drilling the ground, and the pole holding device is used for clamping a telegraph pole and then placing the telegraph pole in a telegraph pole hole in the ground. The tire walking mechanism and the crawler walking mechanism are both arranged on the chassis, the tire walking mechanism comprises two swing frames and walking wheels, the two swing frames are used for being connected with the front side and the rear side of the chassis respectively, the walking wheels are arranged on the two swing frames, and a switching oil cylinder is arranged between the chassis and the swing frames. The switching oil cylinder is used for driving the walking wheels to be away from the ground or supported on the ground. According to the electric pole drilling and erecting device, the quality and efficiency of electric pole drilling and erecting operation can be effectively improved.
