An intelligent drilling and pole erecting all-in-one machine comprises a main machine unit, an excavator operation switching system, a drilling/pole erecting control system and a remote control device, wherein the main machine unit comprises an excavator chassis, a drilling machine downward drilling/upward lifting oil cylinder, an excavator large arm, an excavator small arm, a drilling machine driving head, a gripping apparatus, a winch, a transition frame, a connecting rod mechanism and a bucket opening/retracting oil cylinder. The drilling machine driving head is installed at the extending end of the transition frame through a top lug pivot. A piston rod of the drilling machine downward drilling/upward lifting oil cylinder is hinged to an outer wall support of the drilling machine driving head. The upper support of the gripper is connected with the connecting rod mechanism. The construction method utilizing the intelligent drilling and pole erecting all-in-one machine comprises the steps of transforming and assembling the working unit, controlling pipeline connection, walking the main machine unit to a station to carry out drilling machine operation, clamping a pole body by the gripping apparatus, rotating and lowering a pole, tamping surrounding soil by the battering ram and the like. According to the invention, one-machine full-process full-function operation is realized, and the construction intelligent level and the working efficiency are improved.
