Sizing agent based on silane coupling agent cross-linked ceramic powder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses slurry based on silane coupling agent cross-linked ceramic powder and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that ceramic powder and a surface modifier are mixed, stirred at the room temperature, filter-pressed, dried, smashed and sieved, first powder is obtained, the surface modifier is a silane coupling agent, the first powder and water are mixed to be uniform, and a mixture is obtained; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a first solution, uniformly mixing the first solution with an adhesive to obtain a second solution, uniformly mixing the second solution with a dispersant, and grinding to obtain the slurry based on silane coupling agent crosslinked ceramic powder. The silane coupling agent and the granular aluminum oxide are cross-linked to form a stable bonding structure, so that free water in the slurry based on the silane coupling agent cross-linked ceramic powder is separated out, and a polymer filling space structure is formed through the synergistic effect of the granular aluminum oxide and the silane coupling agent, so that the hydrophobic capacity is further improved; the water content in the diaphragm is reduced.
