Whisker-silane coupling agent-geopolymer based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a whisker-silane coupling agent-geopolymer based composite material. The whisker-silane coupling agent-geopolymer based composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a silicon-aluminum material, 60-80 parts of an alkali activator, 1-9 parts of whiskers, 0.5-7 parts of silane coupling agent hydrolysate and 0.03-0.27 part ofa dispersing agent. According to the invention, a high-silicon-aluminum material and the alkali activator are used as main raw materials, and the whiskers, a silane coupling agent and the dispersingagent are used as modified materials, so the compounding of inorganic materials and organic materials is realized. In the composite material provided by the invention, organic macromolecules and the geopolymer are effectively combined to form a network structure with the organic macromolecules uniformly distributed and inserted into the geopolymer; after the whiskers are added, the whiskers can fill the polymer network structure; harmful pores of the geopolymer can be effectively filled; the bridging effect is exerted; the interface is increased, so the surface energy of a matrix is improved;and generation and expansion of cracks are further prevented. The composite material provided by the invention is high in strength, good in toughness and resistant to high temperature.
本发明涉及一种晶须‑硅烷偶联剂‑地聚合物基复合材料,由如下重量份的原料制备而成:100份硅铝质材料,60‑80份碱激发剂,1‑9份晶须,0.5‑7份硅烷偶联剂水解液,0.03‑0.27份分散剂。本发明以高硅铝质材料、碱激发剂为主要原料,晶须、硅烷偶联剂和分散剂作为改性材料,实现了无机材料与有机材料的复合。该复合材料中,有机高分子与地聚合物的有效结合,形成有机高分子均匀分布穿插于地聚合物中的网络结构,晶须加入后能够填充在聚合物网状结构中,能够有效地填充地聚合物的有害孔,并起到桥接作用,且界面增加从而提高基体的表面能,进一步阻止了裂纹的产生与扩展。本发明的复合材料强度高、韧性好,耐高温。
