An under-rail backing plate is arranged on the rail bearing surface, retaining shoulders are arranged on the iron backing plate and located on the two sides of the rail bearing surface, and long round holes which correspond to each other up and down and transversely extend are formed in the iron backing plate, the buffer backing plate and the heightening backing plate under the iron backing plate and located on the outer sides of the retaining shoulders; a distance adjusting block is embedded in the long round hole, a bolt hole is formed in the distance adjusting block, a gauge baffle buckled on the steel rail shoulder face is arranged on the inner side of the blocking shoulder, and a baffle seat for supporting the outer end of the gauge baffle is arranged on the inner side of the blocking shoulder in an abutting mode. And the elastic strips are buckled and fastened at the two ends of the gauge apron through T-shaped bolts positioned on the iron base plates. The fastener is suitable for a passenger and freight collinear ballastless track line under the condition of large deformation of a foundation, and the fastener has good transverse stability.
