The invention discloses a preparation method of a zero-pollution coal gangue pavement base material, which comprises the following steps: firstly, taking tunneling gangue and/or washing gangue, and crushing and screening by adopting a wet-type selective crushing system to obtain full-size-grade coal gangue granules; then, carrying out single-package coating by adopting a sodium silicate solution; then carrying out double coating by adopting cement-based cementing material powder; further, screening to obtain double-packed coal gangue coarse aggregate and double-packed coal gangue fine aggregate; and finally, mixing the double-packed coal gangue coarse aggregate, the double-packed coal gangue fine aggregate, an inorganic binder, a curing agent and water to obtain the zero-pollution coal gangue pavement base material. According to the preparation method, the release and migration of toxic and harmful components in the coal gangue are completely eradicated, the pollution to the atmospheric environment and water environment of a workshop is eliminated, the environmental safety and human health in the whole preparation process of the coal gangue pavement base material are realized, the pavement performance of the coal gangue aggregate is improved, and the range of the road coal gangue is expanded.
本发明公开了一种零污染煤矸石路面基层材料的制备方法：首先，取掘进矸和/或洗选矸,采用湿式选择性破碎系统进行破碎筛分，得到全粒级煤矸石颗粒料；然后，采用硅酸钠溶液进行单包包覆；再采用水泥基胶凝材料粉进行双包包覆；进而，筛分，得到双包煤矸石粗集料和双包煤矸石细集料；最后，取双包煤矸石粗集料和双包煤矸石细集料，以及无机结合料、固化剂、水，进行拌合，得到零污染煤矸石路面基层材料。本制备方法杜绝了煤矸石中有毒有害成份的释放、迁移，消除了对工场大气环境和水体环境的污染，实现了煤矸石路面基层材料制备全过程的环境安全和人体健康，且提高了煤矸石集料的路用性能，扩大了路用煤矸石的范围。
