Carbon dot-based titanium dioxide nanocomposite modified cement-based material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of cement-based materials, in particular to a carbon dot-based titanium dioxide nanocomposite modified cement-based material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the carbon dot-based titanium dioxide nano composite material comprises the following steps: S1, cleaning peanut shell humus, and drying and crushing the peanut shell humus to obtain peanut shell powder for later use; s2, the peanut shell powder is placed in a hydrothermal reaction kettle for a reaction, and a hydrothermal mixed solution is obtained; s3, the hydrothermal mixed solution is subjected to suction filtration, subnatant is taken and freeze-dried, and biomass carbon dots are obtained; s4, weighing a precursor P25 of the nano titanium dioxide according to the formula amount, calcining the precursor P25, and cooling to obtain skeleton nano titanium dioxide; s5, grinding and mixing the biomass carbon dots obtained in S3 and the skeleton nano titanium dioxide obtained in S4, and then calcining to obtain a mixed solid; and S6, grinding the mixed solid to obtain the carbon dot-based titanium dioxide nano composite material.
