Carbon oxide nanotube modified cement-based material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a carbon oxide nanotube modified cement-based material and a preparation method thereof. The cement-based material comprises cement, water, sand, fly ash, carbon oxide nanotubes, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium lignin sulfonate and ethylene glycol. The cement-based material comprises sodium lignin sulfonate, polyvinyl alcohol, carbon oxide nanotubes, ethylene glycol and the like, and the sodium lignin sulfonate and the polyvinyl alcohol have good dispersing capacity and a large number of active groups, can adsorb the carbon nanotubes in an aqueous solution and serve as dispersing media of the carbon nanotubes; the sodium lignin sulfonate, the polyvinyl alcohol and the carbon oxide nanotubes can form a more stable dispersion system, promote a hydration reaction of cement to form a tiny and regular crystal structure, reduce the micropore volume and increase the compactness of the cement-based material.
