Core-shell structure light high-performance unfired ceramsite as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides light high-performance unfired ceramsite with a core-shell structure as well as a preparation method and application of the light high-performance unfired ceramsite. The method comprises the following steps: preparing modified natural lightweight aggregate; weighing raw materials for preparing the unfired ceramsite shell layer; mixing ardealite, fly ash, slag powder and quick lime to obtain shell layer raw material mixed powder; transferring part of the shell layer raw material mixed powder to be used and all the modified natural light aggregate into a granulator for stirring; spraying water and a foaming binder into the granulator at a constant speed, and continuously adding the residual standby shell layer raw material mixed powder into the granulator during the period until the surface of the modified natural light aggregate is uniformly coated with a layer of shell material, so as to obtain the spherical unfired ceramsite with a core-shell structure; and transferring the spherical unfired ceramsite into a standard curing box for curing to obtain the lightweight high-performance unfired ceramsite with the core-shell structure. The ceramsite does not need to be sintered, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, heat preservation and heat insulation.
