Superfine powder-containing concrete for pipe pile and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials (IPC classification number: C04B), in particular to superfine powder-containing concrete for a tubular pile and a preparation method of the superfine powder-containing concrete. The concrete for the pipe pile is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 190 to 500 parts of cement, 550 to 1400 parts of coarse aggregate, 300 to 800 parts of fine aggregate, 40 to 110 parts of superfine powder, 20 to 50 parts of additive, 12 to 35 parts of carbon fiber, 2 to 9 parts of water reducing agent and 70 to 180 parts of solvent. By compounding the raw materials and particularly adding the self-made admixture, the concrete for the pipe pile, which is high in strength, good in anti-permeability effect and excellent in corrosion resistance, is obtained.
本发明涉及建材领域(IPC分类号:C04B),尤其涉及一种含超微粉的管桩用混凝土及其制备方法。按照重量份计,所述管桩用混凝土的制备原料包括:水泥190‑500份,粗骨料550‑1400份,细骨料300‑800份,超微粉40‑110份,外加剂20‑50份,碳纤维12‑35份,减水剂2‑9份,溶剂70‑180份。通过原料复配,尤其是自制的外加剂加入,得到了一种强度高、抗渗效果好、耐腐蚀性优异的管桩用混凝土。
