The invention discloses a method for preparing gypsum-based self-leveling mortar from coal gangue and chemical gypsum, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The concrete is prepared from the following components: chemical gypsum, modified coal gangue, a water reducing agent, a suspending agent, a defoaming agent, an exciting agent and a retarder, the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out porous modification and decoloration on coal gangue by using a modifier to modify the coal gangue; s2, mixing the modified coal gangue and chemical gypsum, and blending with an exciting agent to prepare pretreated powder; s3, calcining the pretreated powder at the temperature of 300-500 DEG C to obtain main powder after calcining is completed; s4, mixing the main powder with a water reducing agent, a suspending agent, a defoaming agent and a retarder to obtain the self-leveling sand material; the exciting agent and the modifying agent act together to reduce the firing temperature of the pretreated powder; the purpose of preparing the lightweight high-thermal-conductivity high-strength self-leveling sand material with low energy consumption is achieved.
本发明公开了一种用煤矸石和化学石膏制备石膏基自流平砂浆的方法,涉及建筑材料技术领域。本发明由以下成份组成:化学石膏、改性煤矸石、减水剂、悬浮剂、消泡剂、激发剂以及缓凝剂;通过以下方式进行制备:S1.利用改性剂对煤矸石进行多孔改性以及脱色,使得改性煤矸石;S2.将改性煤矸石、化学石膏混合后,与激发剂共混,制得预处理粉料;S3.将预处理粉料在300~500℃下进行煅烧,煅烧完成后得到主粉料;S4.将主粉料与减水剂、悬浮剂、消泡剂以及缓凝剂混合即得自流平砂料;所述激发剂和所述改性剂共同作用,用于降低预处理粉料的烧成温度;以实现以低能耗制备一种轻质高导热高强度的自流平砂料的目的。
