The cemented filling material provided by the invention comprises tailings, a cementing material and water, the cementing material comprises superfine slag powder and an exciting agent; the exciting agent comprises desulfurized fly ash and a modified oxidizing agent; the modified oxidizing agent is of a core-shell structure, an inner core is an oxidizing agent, and a shell is calcium sulfate. The superfine slag powder is used as a main component of a cementing material in the filling material, the desulfurized fly ash is used as a main exciting agent of the cementing material, the oxidizing agent coated and modified by the calcium sulfate is added in an auxiliary manner, and generation of ettringite and oxidation of calcium sulfite in the desulfurized fly ash are synergistically regulated and controlled; the later-stage shrinkage of the filling material can be reduced, and the later-stage strength is improved. The cemented filling material provided by the invention can effectively solve the problems of shrinkage and strength reduction in the later hardening stage of a filling body, and the filling material is relatively low in production cost and has a good market prospect.
