Double-element prestress self-resetting node and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses a double-element prestress self-resetting joint and an installation method thereof. The self-resetting joint comprises a steel column, steel beams arranged on flanges on the two sides of the steel column, SMA steel bars and steel strands, steel beam webs are connected with the flanges of the steel column through beam web connecting pieces, and the steel beam flanges are connected with the flanges of the steel column through beam flange connecting pieces; the SMA steel bar penetrates through flanges on the two sides of the steel column and the beam flange connecting pieces, and the two ends of the SMA steel bar are fixed to the beam flange connecting pieces. A far-end column is arranged at the end, away from the steel column, of the steel beam, the steel strand penetrates through flanges on the two sides of the steel column and the beam web connecting pieces and extends towards the two sides, and the two ends of the steel strand are fixed to the far-end column. According to the self-resetting joint, the steel strands and the shape memory alloy are utilized for self-resetting, decoupling of the first-order rigidity and the second-order post-yielding rigidity of the joint is achieved while most efficient utilization of the SMA material is guaranteed, and therefore the joint performance design range is widened, and achievement of the self-resetting performance of the joint is further guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种双元件预应力自复位节点及其安装方法,所述自复位节点包括钢柱、设置于钢柱两侧翼缘上的钢梁、SMA钢棒、钢绞线,钢梁腹板与钢柱翼缘通过梁腹板连接件连接,钢梁翼缘与钢柱翼缘通过梁翼缘连接件连接;所述SMA钢棒穿过钢柱两侧翼缘、梁翼缘连接件,SMA钢棒两端固定于梁翼缘连接件上;钢梁远离钢柱的一端设有远端柱,钢绞线穿过钢柱两侧翼缘、梁腹板连接件并向两侧延伸,钢绞线两端固定于远端柱上。本发明利用钢绞线和形状记忆合金两种元件进行自复位,在确保SMA材料最高效利用的同时,实现了节点一阶刚度和二阶屈服后刚度的解耦,从而扩大了节点性能设计的范围,进一步确保了节点自复位性能的实现。
