Positioning and supporting device for beam-penetrating plate sleeve and mounting method
The invention discloses a positioning and supporting device for a beam-penetrating plate sleeve and an installation method. The positioning and supporting device for the beam-penetrating plate sleeve comprises a pair of infrared laser positioning mechanisms which are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of a beam-penetrating plate steel bar and used for determining the circle center positions of the two ends of the beam-penetrating plate sleeve on the beam-penetrating plate steel bar. The infrared laser positioning mechanism comprises an infrared laser emitting assembly, an infrared laser receiving assembly and an infrared laser alignment monitoring assembly, wherein the infrared laser alignment monitoring assembly is arranged below one side of the beam plate reinforcing steel bar and used for monitoring whether the infrared laser receiving assembly receives infrared laser signals emitted by the infrared laser emitting assembly or not. The supporting mechanism is arranged between the infrared laser emitting assembly and the infrared laser receiving assembly and used for supporting the beam plate penetrating sleeve in the beam plate penetrating sleeve when the beam plate reinforcing steel bars are poured to form a beam plate. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the accuracy of installing the beam penetrating plate sleeve can be greatly improved.
