The invention discloses a method for preparing PZT ceramic, and aims to provide a method for preparing high-density PZT ceramic through powder slurry pouring, wherein the method is uniform in material structure, high in density, simple in production process, easy to operate and control, high in production efficiency and low in production cost. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing Pb3O4, ZrO2 and TiO2, and respectively preparing PZT porcelain with Zr/Ti = 0.92, 1, 1.08, 5.67 and 19 by adopting a solid phase method; adding deionized water and a dispersing agent, mixing, and carrying out ball milling until the particle size is less than or equal to 200 microns; adding a binder, uniformly stirring, injecting into a mold under pressure, molding, demolding, and drying to obtain a green body of which the relative density is greater than 50%; heating the green body to 400-750 DEG C at the rate of 0.5-1 DEG C/min, and discharging the rubber for 4-6 hours; and heating to 1200-1300 DEG C at a rate of 3-5 DEG C/min, and carrying out lead-buried sintering for 1-4 hours to obtain the PZT ceramic.
