The invention discloses a double-pipe vibration impact sinking pipe gravel pile or cast-in-place concrete pile construction technology and equipment, and relates to the technical field of foundation treatment. The construction technology comprises the following steps that 1, hole guiding equipment is in place; (2) the holes are led to the designed pile bottom elevation through the double pipes, specifically, a vibratory hammer is started, the vibratory hammer drives the inner pipe and the outer pipe to synchronously sink, and the inner pipe and the outer pipe are sequentially vibrated to sink into a block gravel filling layer, a soft soil layer and a supporting layer from top to bottom to form holes till the designed pile bottom elevation is reached; (3) gravel or concrete is backfilled, specifically, an inner pipe is pulled out through a vibratory hammer, an outer pipe protection wall is reserved in a hole, and then the hole is backfilled with gravel or concrete till the designed elevation of the pile top is reached; and 4) vibrating and pulling the outer pipe and combining the inner pipe and the outer pipe. The equipment comprises a vibratory hammer, a pile gripper, an inner pipe and an outer pipe, the inner pipe sleeves the outer pipe to form an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are fixed through the pile gripper, and the vibratory hammer is arranged at the top of the pile gripper. The problem that an existing vibro-replacement gravel pile or a cast-in-place concrete pile is difficult to penetrate through a block gravel layer is solved.
