The invention discloses an anti-floating anchor rod based on a socket type segmented prefabricated grouting body, which comprises a prestress transmission device and an anchorage device arranged in a basement bottom plate, an unbonded steel strand, an upper threaded rib, a steel base plate, and a lower threaded rib and a prestressed rib extrusion anchor which are respectively connected with the upper surface and the lower surface of the steel base plate, and is characterized by further comprising a socket inner sealing ring, the socket outer sealing ring is arranged in the anchoring hole, and the multiple sections of prefabricated grouting bodies are sequentially connected from top to bottom in an inserted mode; the upper connecting end and the lower connecting end of every two adjacent prefabricated grouting bodies are provided with a protruding plug and a notch inserting groove which are matched with each other in an inserted mode respectively. The problems that an existing anti-floating anchor rod construction technology is complex, the construction quality is difficult to guarantee through cast-in-place grouting, and the side friction resistance of a grouting body and a bearing stratum cannot be effectively exerted after construction are solved.
本发明公开了一种基于承插式分段预制灌浆体的抗浮锚杆,包括设置于地下室底板中的预应力传递装置和锚具,无粘结钢绞线,上螺纹筋,钢垫板,分别与钢垫板上下表面连接的下螺纹筋和预应力筋挤压锚,其特征在于,还包括承插内密封圈,承插外密封圈,设置于锚固孔内从上至下依次插接连接的多段预制灌浆体;相邻段的所述预制灌浆体上下连接端分别设置有相互插接配合的凸起插头和凹口插槽。本发明解决了现有抗浮锚杆施工工艺复杂,现浇注浆难以保证施工质量,且施工后无法有效发挥灌浆体与持力层的侧摩阻力的问题。
