The invention discloses an automobile door lock catch and an automobile. The automobile door lock catch comprises a lock catch body, a first lock pin, a second lock pin and an unlocking mechanism. Wherein the lock catch body is installed on a vehicle frame and used for locking a vehicle door, the first lock pin and the second lock pin limit displacement of the lock catch body on the vehicle frame in the first direction and the second direction respectively, the unlocking mechanism is connected with the first lock pin and the second lock pin, and the unlocking mechanism is configured to enable the first lock pin and the second lock pin to release limitation on the lock catch body after the unlocking end is operated. The lock catch body can be separated from the frame; the first lock pin and the second lock pin limit the lock catch body in the first direction and the second direction respectively so as to fix the lock catch body to the vehicle frame, so that normal locking of the vehicle door is achieved, the first lock pin and the second lock pin relieve limitation on the lock catch body after unlocking operation is executed in an emergency, and the lock catch body is separated from the vehicle frame. Therefore, the vehicle door can be opened under the condition that the lock catch and the lock are not unlocked.
