A door opening and closing angle control method is applied to a door opening and closing device comprising a driving mechanism and a door rotating mechanism, the driving mechanism is installed on a main body, the door rotating mechanism is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism and a door body, and the driving mechanism rotates through the door body driven by the door rotating mechanism. The door opening and closing angle control method comprises the steps that the real-time rotation angle value of a door rotating mechanism is obtained every first preset time in response to a calibration instruction of a door body; the real-time rotating speed of the driving mechanism is obtained every second preset time; whether the door body moves to a set position or not is judged according to the real-time rotation angle value and the real-time rotation speed; and if the condition that the door body moves to the set position is met, the driving mechanism is controlled to stop.
