The invention is suitable for the technical field of ceramic slurry preparation, and provides stable-dispersion ceramic slurry and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that firstly, a water-based solvent is put into a horizontal sand mill, a stirring button of the horizontal sand mill is pressed down, and stirring is conducted at the set stirring frequency; sequentially feeding the components in the mixed powder from high to low according to the proportion of the components in the mixed powder, and pre-stirring for a certain time before each time of feeding; the sand mill is started, related pipelines are opened, and the sand mill continuously operates for a period of time; when the running time of the sand mill reaches half, a dispersing agent is fed through a feeding opening, and then sand milling is continued; after sanding is completed, the ground ceramic slurry is discharged out of the sand mill, then a binder and a release agent are added, and then dispersion granulation operation is carried out. The ceramic slurry which is stable in dispersion and small in particle size is successfully prepared. The method not only improves the preparation efficiency and the product quality of the ceramic slurry, but also provides convenience and guarantee for subsequent processing procedures.
