The invention discloses a multilayer composite floor and a preparation method thereof, an adhesive is coated between a base material and a foaming material, the base material and the foaming material are tightly bonded, and the layering phenomenon of the floor in cold and hot environments is avoided; polyurethane glue is further selected as glue for bonding, glass fiber reinforced plastic is further selected as a base material, so that bonding effects of hydrogen bonds and the like are formed between polyurethane and the surfaces of the base material and the foaming material, the bonding strength between the materials is further enhanced, the glass fiber reinforced plastic has the characteristics of light weight and high strength, and the prepared multi-layer composite floor has the properties of light weight and high strength; in addition, the surface of the floor is coated with a wear-resistant agent, the wear resistance of the surface of the floor is improved, a polyurea coating is further selected as the wear-resistant agent, and the wear resistance and aging resistance of the floor are further enhanced.
