Retarder for oil well cement and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a retarder for oil well cement and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method of the retarder comprises the steps that a 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid monomer, an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer and a rigid monomer are added into deionized water and stirred to be dissolved, and the pH value is adjusted to 4-5; heating the mixed solution to 50-90 DEG C, adding a chain transfer agent, and carrying out polymerization reaction; adding a second polymer and water into the reaction product, adding a photoinitiator and an emulsifier, and stirring in a nitrogen atmosphere; and carrying out ultraviolet irradiation reaction on the stirred product, curing, washing with ethanol, and drying to obtain the retarder. The retarder provided by the invention has excellent stability and high temperature resistance.
