The invention discloses an intelligent pavement maintenance system based on a BIM technology and a maintenance robot, and the system is characterized in that the system comprises an unmanned plane, the maintenance robot, a maintenance robot base, a batching tank, a BIM system, a maintenance analysis scheduling module, and a human-computer interaction interface. The BIM technology and the unmanned aerial vehicle photography technology are used for automatically analyzing and recognizing the quality defect blocks needing to be maintained, a reasonable and scientific maintenance strategy is formulated to control the maintenance robot to efficiently and orderly carry out all-weather intelligent maintenance on the quality defect blocks, no worker intervention is needed in the whole process, and the method can deal with the requirements of various terrains, complex landforms or extreme environments. And a pavement maintenance scene with relatively high safety risk can be avoided.
