The invention provides a construction method for enabling an anti-seepage wall to penetrate through a narrow concrete supporting pile space. Concrete supporting piles and cement mixing piles are engaged to form integral piles through high-pressure jet grouting pile construction, and then anti-seepage wall construction is conducted. The invention discloses a high-pressure jet grouting pile construction method. S11, preparing slurry; s12, a rotary spraying center point is positioned; s13, drilling is conducted; and S14, rotary spraying construction is conducted. The diaphragm wall construction comprises the steps that S21, materials are prepared; s22, slurry is prepared; s23, a guide groove is poured; s24, performing pore-forming construction on the diaphragm wall; s25, hoisting a reinforcement cage; and S26, concrete pouring is conducted. The problems that when the diaphragm wall penetrates through the narrow space of the concrete support pile, the space is narrow, the surrounding soil is thin, the concrete support pile collapses along with excavation, internal shrinkage deformation of the concrete support pile is caused, and the concrete support pile slides when the bottom elevation of the diaphragm wall exceeds the concrete support pile are solved. The concrete pouring supporting piles are connected in series in a supporting and meshing mode through the high-pressure jet grouting cement mixing piles to form a whole, and the torque resistance and the sliding resistance between the piles are enhanced.
