The invention discloses a building controllable grouting inclination rectifying device which comprises a trapezoid prism-shaped slurry bag and a sleeve valve pipe, the sleeve valve pipe is arranged in the center of the trapezoid prism-shaped slurry bag, a holding piece is arranged above the sleeve valve pipe, a grouting hole is formed in the portion, located in the trapezoid prism-shaped slurry bag, of the sleeve valve pipe, and the holding piece is arranged above the sleeve valve pipe. A rubber sleeve is arranged at the position, where the grouting hole is located, of the sleeve valve pipe, and the rubber sleeve is used for preventing grout from flowing back and protecting the grouting hole from being blocked by the grout. The invention further provides a controllable grouting inclination rectification method for the building, through multiple times of small-amount repeated grouting, the lifting amount of the building is effectively controlled, and the problems that an existing grouting inclination rectification method is poor in controllability, and the building inclines again due to dissipation of pore water pressure after grouting are solved.
