Beam falling prevention device for bridge in high earthquake area
The invention provides a device for preventing a bridge from falling off in a high-earthquake area. The device comprises anti-falling mechanisms which are respectively connected between a left web plate and a right web plate of a main beam and a pier/cover beam baffle plate on the corresponding side, the anti-falling mechanism comprises two anchoring connecting plates which are arranged oppositely and a plurality of metal plates which are arranged between the two anchoring connecting plates at equal intervals, one of the two anchoring connecting plates is anchored to a main beam web, the other anchoring connecting plate is anchored to a bridge pier/capping beam baffle, the metal plates are rectangular plates with the long edges horizontally arranged, and grooves are symmetrically formed in the upper edges and the lower edges of the metal plates. Collision between the main beams and the bridge abutment and between the main beams under the earthquake action is effectively relieved, beam falling damage to the main beams is prevented, different anti-seismic requirements can be met, and application and popularization in actual engineering are facilitated.
本发明提供了一种高震区桥梁的防落梁装置,包括在主梁左、右侧腹板和相应侧的桥墩/盖梁挡板之间分别连接的防脱落机构;防脱落机构包括两个正对设置的锚固连接板,及两个锚固连接板之间等间隔设置的数个金属板,两个锚固连接板中的一个锚固于主梁腹板,另一个锚固于桥墩/盖梁挡板,金属板为长边水平设置的长方形板,其上、下边沿对称设有凹槽。本发明有效地减轻地震作用下主梁与桥台、主梁与主梁之间的碰撞,防止主梁发生落梁破坏,并且可以满足不同的抗震需求,便于在实际工程中推广和应用。
