The invention discloses a beam falling prevention device and a bridge with the same, the beam falling prevention device comprises a bottom plate, a side plate and a plurality of corrugated plates, the bottom plate is horizontally arranged, and the bottom plate is used for being fixedly connected with a cover beam; the side plate is vertically arranged and is used for being fixedly connected with a track beam; and the plurality of corrugated plates are respectively connected between the side plates and the bottom plate and are obliquely arranged between the side plates and the bottom plate. Therefore, the plurality of corrugated plates are constructed on the bridge, so that the acting force acting on the bridge can be transmitted to the corrugated plates to be absorbed and buffered, and the use of the bridge is more reliable. Meanwhile, the corrugated plates are obliquely arranged, so that acting force in multiple directions can be absorbed and buffered, the structural performance of the bridge is improved, the influence of impact and the like on the bridge is avoided, and the service life of the bridge is prolonged.
