The double-layer pile stabilizing platform comprises a positioning seat, a deviation rectifying device, a plurality of positioning piles, a plurality of positioning cylinders and a floating body structure, the positioning seat is provided with a positioning groove in the vertical direction in a penetrating mode, the positioning groove is used for positioning the steel pipe pile, and one side of the positioning groove is open so that the steel pipe pile can enter and exit; the deviation rectifying device is used for rectifying deviation of the steel pipe pile in the positioning groove; the positioning piles are used for limiting the positioning seat; the plurality of positioning cylinders are vertically arranged on the positioning seat, the plurality of positioning cylinders are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of positioning piles, and the positioning piles are vertically arranged in the corresponding positioning cylinders in a penetrating manner; the floating body structure is used for carrying the positioning seat and is provided with a locking piece for locking the positioning pile; and when the positioning seat is limited, the locking piece relieves limitation on the positioning pile, and the lower end of the positioning pile is downwards inserted into the riverbed.
