Pile sinking measuring and positioning method for offshore steel pipe pile
The invention relates to an offshore steel pipe pile sinking measuring and positioning method which specifically comprises the steps that a positioning system is constructed on a pile driving barge, and the positioning system comprises three GPS position indicators, four laser scanners, two clinometers and a camera; according to pre-positioning of the system, the position and posture of a ship body are determined through three GPS position indicators and two clinometers on the pile driving barge, and the absolute position of the center of the steel pipe pile guide frame pile gripper is obtained through measurement of ship body parameters and the conversion relation between a ship body coordinate system and an engineering coordinate system so that the pile driving barge can be guided to enter an operation position for anchoring and parking. Pile hoisting and pile erecting are conducted; and on the basis of accurate positioning of the system and real-time positioning of the three GPS position finders, real-time monitoring of the perpendicularity of the steel pipe pile is achieved through the line scanning function of the four laser scanners. The improved and optimized positioning system has a comprehensive, real-time and automatic monitoring piling positioning function; the posture of the ship body is automatically monitored, the pile sinking position is displayed, and pile collision is prevented; the measurement precision is high.
本发明是一种海上钢管桩沉桩测量定位方法,具体为:在打桩船上构建定位系统,定位系统包括三台GPS定位仪、四台激光扫描仪、两台倾斜仪和一台摄像机;系统的预定位,利用打桩船上三台GPS定位仪和两台倾斜仪确定船体的位置和姿态,通过对船体参数的测定、船体坐标系统与工程坐标系统的转换关系得到钢管桩导向架抱桩器中心的绝对位置,用以引导打桩船进入作业位置抛锚驻位,进行吊桩、立桩;系统的精确定位,利用三台GPS定位仪实时定位的基础上,利用四台激光扫描仪的线扫描功能实现了钢管桩垂直度实时监测。本发明改进优化后的定位系统具备全面、实时、自动监测打桩定位功能;自动监测船体姿态,显示已沉桩位位置,防止碰桩;测量精度高。
