Comprising a tray set used for winding a salix psammophila curtain, a rack, a furrow plough used for furrowing and a land wheel set used for moving, in the working process, the furrow plough below the rack conducts furrowing under short-distance advancing of a tractor control device, the salix psammophila curtain is inserted in the furrowing position under guiding of a flow guide groove and the furrow plough, and an upright sand barrier is formed; and the sand ditch forming the sand barrier is covered with soil and compacted through the soil covering device and the pressing roller. Regular salix psammophila sand barriers with the same height can be formed through seedling guide bins at the tail ends of the flow guide grooves; the two salix psammophila tray groups are arranged and can be flexibly switched during working; the height of the machine body can be adjusted through the adjusting screw rod, and the effects of supporting balance and controlling the ditching depth and the sand barrier forming height are achieved; and manpower is saved.
