And meanwhile, the steel pipe pile which is difficult to pull out can be pulled out.
本发明公开一种简易钢管桩拔除施工方法,先使用履带吊机配合振动锤进行拔桩施工,直至如何操作都无法再拔动钢管桩时,在钢管桩的桩身套上钢套箱,通过向钢套箱内灌水使其下沉,然后与钢套筒相连,接着钢套箱排水上浮,利用钢套箱排水时的浮力,辅助进行拔桩施工,与目前常用的液压振动锤施工方法相比,减少了更换大型液压拔桩设备的投入,节约了施工成本,且钢套箱钢材在工地容易获得,制作简单,能循环使用,能按需自行加工、扩大改造,使用完成后可回收利用,同时还能够针对难以拔除的钢管桩进行拔除处理。
