The invention relates to a prefabricated pipe pile pre-grouting core structure and a grouting method thereof.The prefabricated pipe pile pre-grouting core structure comprises a hollow pipe pile, a reinforcement cage capable of being inserted into the pipe pile and a blocking assembly used for being inserted into the pipe pile along with the reinforcement cage to seal part or all of the internal space of the pipe pile to serve as a pouring space; the blocking assembly comprises a sealing plate connected to the first end of the reinforcement cage and a compaction plate arranged on the reinforcement cage in a sleeving mode in a position-adjustable mode, first through holes allowing the corresponding main reinforcements to penetrate through are formed in the positions, corresponding to the main reinforcements of the reinforcement cage, of the compaction plate, and the periphery of the sealing plate and the periphery of the compaction plate are both matched with the inner periphery of the pipe pile. A size-adjustable pouring space is formed in cooperation with the pipe pile; and the grouting assembly is used for pouring concrete into the pouring space and is arranged on the reinforcement cage or the blocking assembly. Core filling can be conducted on the pipe pile before the pipe pile is pressed into the ground, core filling materials are further compacted through the compacting plate, air is exhausted, the compactness of the pre-core-filling pipe pile is guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is high.
本发明涉及一种预制管桩预灌芯构造及其灌注方法,预制管桩预灌芯构造包括内部空心的管桩、可插入管桩内的钢筋笼,用于随着钢筋笼插入管桩、而实现封闭管桩的部分或全部内部空间来作为浇筑空间的封挡组件,封挡组件包括连接于钢筋笼的第一端的封口板以及位置可调地套设于钢筋笼的压实板,压实板上对应于钢筋笼的每根主筋的位置处均开设有供对应主筋穿设的第一通孔,封口板和压实板的外周均与管桩的内周相适配,以实现配合管桩形成大小可调的浇筑空间;用于向浇筑空间内浇筑混凝土的注浆组件,注浆组件设置于钢筋笼上或封挡组件上。本发明在管桩压入地下前即可对其进行灌芯,并且通过压实板进一步压实灌芯料并排出空气,保证了预灌芯管桩的密实度,施工效率高。
