Porous magnesium oxysulfate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides porous magnesium oxysulfate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The porous magnesium oxysulfate concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: magnesium sulfate, magnesium oxide, polymethylacrylic acid, composite fibers, 2, 3-dihydroxysuccinic acid, zircon sand and water. The doping amount of the polymethylacrylic acid is 1.5%-2.5%; the mixing amount of the composite fiber is 0.08%-0.12%; the doping amount of the zircon sand is 1.5%-2.5%; the molar ratio of magnesium oxide to magnesium sulfate to water is (9-11): 1: (12.5-13); the addition amount of the 2, 3-dihydroxysuccinic acid is 0.5%-1% of that of the magnesium oxide; the composite fiber is composed of polypropylene fiber and banana fiber in a mass ratio of 1: (3-5). According to the porous magnesium oxysulfate concrete prepared by adopting the formula, the compressive strength and the breaking strength are obviously improved, the heat conductivity coefficient is effectively reduced, and the comprehensive performance of the concrete is improved.
本发明提供一种多孔硫氧镁混凝土及其制备方法。本发明多孔硫氧镁混凝土,包括以下原料:硫酸镁、氧化镁、聚甲基丙烯酸、复合纤维、2,3‑二羟基丁二酸、锆英砂、水;所述聚甲基丙烯酸的掺量为1.5%~2.5%;所述复合纤维的掺量为0.08%~0.12%;所述锆英砂的掺量为1.5%~2.5%;所述氧化镁、硫酸镁与水的摩尔比为9~11:1:12.5~13;所述2,3‑二羟基丁二酸的加入量为氧化镁的0.5%~1%;所述复合纤维由质量比1:3~5的聚丙烯纤维和香蕉纤维组成。采用本发明配方所制备多孔硫氧镁混凝土,不但明显提高抗压强度以及抗折强度,而且有效降低导热系数,提高混凝土综合性能。
