The invention discloses a construction method for optimizing grouting reinforcement and lifting of an independent foundation building, which not only avoids an original foundation beam, but also reduces the number of grouting hole sites in the building through three types of grouting hole sites of corner grouting points, edge grouting points and internal grouting points, does not delay the use of a site, and reduces the influence on the internal environment. Through classification of the stand columns and arrangement of a grouting path, effective grouting under optimized grouting hole sites is guaranteed, and formation of a reinforcing body is guaranteed; each stand column is grouted in two directions, so that the independent foundation can be effectively prevented from being lifted to be inclined, and the influence on the connection between the stand column and the independent foundation is avoided; and through the arrangement of the reinforcing depth and the inclination angle, the grouting path is clear, it is guaranteed that the reinforcing body is located under the center of the stand column, and then the lifting effect is guaranteed and improved.
本发明公开了一种独立基础建筑物优化注浆加固抬升的施工方法,通过角部注浆点、边部注浆点和内部注浆点三种注浆孔位,既避开了原有基础梁,又使得建筑物内部的注浆孔位数量减少,不耽误场地的使用,减小对内部环境的影响。通过立柱分类和注浆路径的设置,利于保证在优化的注浆孔位下的有效注浆且保证加固体的形成;且每个立柱均为两个方向注浆,可有效的避免把独立基础抬偏,从而影响柱子和独立基础之间的连接;通过加固深度和倾斜角度的设置,不仅利于明确注浆路径且保证了加固体在立柱中心正下方,进而保证和提升了抬升效果。
