The transformation construction method comprises the following steps that an original caisson is protected for the first time; leveling the bottom of the caisson protected for the first time for one time; a blow-off pipe of the closestool is directly communicated with a vertical pipe of a developer; a floor drain pipeline of a shower room, a pipeline below a floor drain beside a closestool and a floor drain pipeline below a counter basin share one trap; after all the pipelines are laid, outlets of all the pipelines are sealed, a 24-hour water filling test is carried out on the pipelines, and whether the water seepage phenomenon exists at joints of all the pipelines or not is checked; the joints of all the pipelines are brushed with waterproof layers again, the water closing test is conducted for 48 hours again, and it is guaranteed that the joints of the pipelines do not leak water; the bottom of the leveled caisson is brushed with a waterproof layer again; after water proofing is finished again, a professional waterproof film is laid at the bottom of the caisson and tightly attached to the bottom slope of the caisson; a piece of glass is inserted into the bottom of the caisson; and the sinking type toilet caisson is backfilled.
