Support-free dismantling process for existing reinforced concrete building
The invention discloses a support-free reinforced concrete building disassembling method which comprises the following steps: sawing a floor slab by adopting an angle grinder to cut strips and blocks in a straight seam manner according to a specific supporting structure condition, sawing a beam by adopting support-free sawing of a cross section of which the end part is shaped like a Chinese character'hu ', and sawing a column from a column foot along a horizontal plane; no support is needed, all sections are straight, construction waste is reduced, secondary steel bar binding and high-grade concrete pouring during later splicing are omitted, and procedures and cost are saved.
本发明公开一种免支撑钢筋混凝土建筑拆解方法,楼板按照具体支撑结构条件采用角磨机直缝裁切条块锯割,梁采用端部“互”字形截面免支撑锯割,柱从柱脚沿水平面锯切;本发明不需要任何支撑、所有的切面是平直的,减少了建筑垃圾,省去了后期拼装时二次钢筋捆扎和高标号的混凝土浇筑,节省了工序和成本。
