The invention relates to a hydraulic pile turning device which comprises a pile turning frame, a plurality of clamp assemblies capable of clamping the inner wall and the outer wall of a tubular pile are arranged below the pile turning frame, a suspension arm is arranged above the pile turning frame, one end of the suspension arm is hinged to the pile turning frame, the other end of the suspension arm is connected with a lifting lug capable of being connected with external hoisting equipment, and a turning part is further arranged between the suspension arm and the pile turning frame. The overturning part can drive the pile overturning frame to rotate around the hinged position of the suspension arm and the pile overturning frame. The hydraulic pile turning device provided by the invention is provided with the turnover lifting arm, so that the pile turning device only needs a main lifting point, the operation process is simplified, the operation efficiency is improved, the whole pile turning device is more stable and reliable, the hydraulic pile turning device can better adapt to the offshore operation environment, and the safety is improved.
