The low-quality silica fume and the lithium slag are used as main raw materials, the composite dispersing agent and the grinding aid are combined, the slurry-shaped composite admixture is prepared by adopting a wet grinding process, and the problems of poor discharging fluidity, large quality fluctuation and the like caused by high moisture, low fineness and high water content of the powdery lithium slag can be effectively solved; meanwhile, the technical problems of low tank storage utilization rate, easiness in blockage in pipeline conveying, poor stirring dispersity and the like when the silica fume is used as superfine powder are solved, and an effective way can be provided for resource utilization of the low-quality silica fume and the lithium slag.
