Alkali-activated foam concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to alkali-activated foam concrete and a preparation method thereof. The alkali-activated foam concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-65 parts by weight of slag powder, 25-35 parts by weight of fly ash, 25-35 parts by weight of waste concrete powder, 57-67 parts by weight of a multi-element alkali activator, 6-8 parts by weight of a retarder, 5-7 parts by weight of foam and 22-26 parts by weight of water. According to the invention, industrial waste slag powder, fly ash and waste concrete powder are used as cementing materials, the source is green, the cost is low, the concept of low carbon and environmental protection of building material design is met, and the cyclic utilization of industrial waste is facilitated. The main crystalline components in the waste concrete powder are dicalcium silicate and calcium oxide, the hydration reaction of dicalcium silicate is slow, the hydration heat is small, the mold entering temperature of the foam concrete can be reduced, shrinkage cracks of the foam concrete can be reduced, and the water resistance and the long-term compressive strength after 28 days of the foam concrete can be improved.
本发明涉及一种碱激发泡沫混凝土及其制备方法。该碱激发泡沫混凝土包括以下重量份的原料:矿渣粉55‑65重量份,粉煤灰25‑35重量份,废旧混凝土粉25‑35重量份、多元碱激发剂57‑67重量份,缓凝剂6‑8重量份,泡沫5‑7重量份,水22‑26重量份。本发明以工业废料矿渣粉、粉煤灰以及废旧混凝土粉为胶凝材料,来源绿色,成本低廉,符合建筑材料设计低碳环保的理念,有利于工业废料的循环利用。废旧混凝土粉中的主要晶态成分为硅酸二钙和氧化钙,硅酸二钙的水化反应较慢、水化热小,将能降低泡沫混凝土的入模温度,减少泡沫混凝土的收缩裂缝,提升泡沫混凝土的抗水性和28天以后的长期抗压强度。
