The invention discloses a firing method based on a firing temperature curve of high-porosity honeycomb ceramics. The firing method comprises the following steps: heating from room temperature to 250 DEG C at a heating rate of 9 DEG C/h; raising the temperature from 250 DEG C to 400 DEG C at the temperature raising rate of 4 DEG C/h; raising the temperature from 400 DEG C to 800 DEG C at a heating rate of 8 DEG C/h; raising the temperature from 800 DEG C to 1250 DEG C at the temperature raising rate of 8 DEG C/h; raising the temperature from 1250 DEG C to 1420 DEG C at a heating rate of 3 DEG C/h; keeping at 1420 DEG C for 8 hours; reducing the temperature from 1420 DEG C to 1200 DEG C at a cooling rate of 40 DEG C/h; according to the method, the temperature is reduced to the room temperature from 1200 DEG C at the cooling rate of 13 DEG C/h, coke is smoothly discharged according to a set temperature curve, cracking caused by severe combustion or uncompleted degreasing is avoided, finally, the whole firing curve is determined according to the performance requirement of the product, and the performance technical parameters and the high product percent of pass of the fired product are achieved.
