Tunnel lining concrete hydration heat cooling system and control method thereof
The invention provides a tunnel lining concrete hydration heat cooling system and a control method thereof. The tunnel lining concrete hydration heat cooling system comprises an outer side temperature control device, an inner side temperature control device and a temperature sensor set. The outer side temperature control device is arranged on the outer side of the secondary lining formwork and comprises an outer side water inlet pipe and a plurality of outer side branch pipes. The outer side water inlet pipe is arranged along the edge of one opening end of the secondary lining template; one end of each outer side branch pipe is connected to the outer side water inlet pipe, and the other end of each outer side branch pipe is located on the edge of the other opening end of the secondary lining formwork. The inner side temperature control device is arranged on the inner side of the secondary lining formwork and comprises an inner side water inlet pipe and a plurality of inner side branch pipes. The structure is the same as that of the outside temperature control device; and the temperature sensor group comprises a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor which are arranged on the outer side and the inner side of the same position on the secondary lining template. According to the technical scheme, water cooling can be carried out through the pipeline system, the temperature difference inside and outside the concrete is reduced, the temperature of high hydration heat is controlled, and temperature cracks are inhibited or reduced.
本发明提供了一种隧道衬砌混凝土水化热降温系统及其控制方法,该装置包括外侧温控装置、内侧温控装置和温度传感器组;外侧温控装置设置于二次衬砌模板外侧,包括外侧进水管和多条外侧支管;外侧进水管沿二次衬砌模板一开口端的边缘布置;每一条外侧支管的一端连接到外侧进水管,另一端位于二次衬砌模板另一开口端的边缘;内侧温控装置设置于二次衬砌模板内侧,包括内侧进水管和多条内侧支管;其结构与外侧温控装置相同;温度传感器组包括设置于二次衬砌模板上相同位置外侧、内侧的第一温度传感器和第二温度传感器。本发明所提供的技术方案可通过管道系统进行水冷降温,减少混凝土内外温差,控制高水化热的温度,抑制或减少温度裂缝产生。
