The front end of a machine arm of the excavator is connected with a connecting block, the lower end of the connecting block is connected with the stirring assembly, and the front side wall of the connecting block is connected with the discharging assembly; the stirring assembly comprises a connecting frame and two stirring drums, the upper end of the connecting frame is connected with the connecting block, and the two sides of the lower end of the connecting frame are each connected with one stirring drum; and the discharging assembly comprises a discharging pipe, the discharging pipe is connected to the side wall of the connecting frame, and the inner wall of the discharging pipe is rotationally connected with a spiral rod. The roadbed carbonization modification treatment device and the roadbed carbonization modification treatment method aim at overcoming existing defects, and influence on the natural environment is small.
